Orders, stock and the counter in one system.
For the meat counter of Kashmiri Shop in Frankfurt, a business we have family ties with, we digitised the entire process from incoming goods to customer pickup – including a dedicated display in Urdu for the butchers.
The demo runs entirely in your browser with fictional sample data. The demo interface is in German and Urdu. Tip: open both views side by side – a new order appears on the butcher display instantly.

What the system does.
- Phone orders, live at the counter
New orders appear instantly on the butcher’s tablet, with an alert sound and an automatically printed ticket.
- A display in the team’s language
The butcher display runs in Urdu, while the back office works in German.
- Real-time stock
Deliveries, orders and walk-in sales are offset continuously. For the current day, the system blocks orders that exceed available stock; pre-orders for upcoming days remain possible.
- Delivery note by photo
The wholesaler’s invoice is photographed, read with text recognition and, once you have checked it, booked as incoming goods.
- Order recommendation from your sales data
From your end-of-day closes, the system estimates how much stock each weekday is likely to need.
- Runs locally in the shop
With device approval, an admin PIN, a change log and automatic backups.
